However, it could be a number of things...maybe she is on birth control, which can sometimes contribute to unwanted side effects such as facial hair. I'm sure with all the money she has though, she can find something that would fix it. She has very possibly tried shaving it and that can make it grow back ldfaster so she should probably see a doc.
